Export Quality Standards
Supplying industrial minerals to 31 countries demands more than consistent chemistry — it requires a complete and reliable documentation system that satisfies procurement, quality assurance and regulatory requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
For Heliopolis, export quality is a systematic process rather than a per-shipment activity.
The documentation package
Every export shipment is accompanied by a controlled Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the specific product and grade, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering the test points relevant to the application, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) in the destination language where required, and packing and weight certificates.
Consistency through process control
The consistency that export customers rely on is achieved through fixed raw material sources, controlled grinding and classification parameters, in-process and finished product testing at defined intervals, and retention of reference samples for each batch.
Particle size is measured by laser diffraction (Malvern or equivalent), brightness by reflectance spectrophotometry (ISO 2470), and chemical analysis by XRF for major oxides.
Third-party audit and certification
Heliopolis facilities are open to customer and third-party audit. Pre-shipment inspection by internationally recognised inspection bodies (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is available on request.
